No matter if you had a very bad day or that your downline is your very best friend since kindergarden. Never pass negativity to downlines. If you do, it is a surefire way to destroy your downline organization.
Just like in a family. When the parents (upline) had a very bad day and by slip of the toungue let it all out onto their children (downline), what will happen? Children may cry and hide away and lost confidence in their ‘caring’ parents. A couple of incidences like this, may even make the children hate their parents and may even run away.
Its almost similar in an MLM organization (MLM family). Passing negativity downline cause them to lose confidence in you as their leader and not only your business will crumble down and through your example seeing your action, your downline may pass negativity down to their downline, so their downline also crumbles. At the end of the day,there would be no or very few downlines left in your organization.
So what to do when you have a bad day or challenges? Pass it to your upline!
