About New Compensation Plans…

Talking about new compensation plan like the matrix, unilevel, binary, hybrid and others, you can get paid on your downline organization with minimum qualification of sales volume – normally between USD 50 – USD 300.

Most, (not all) have little retail and wholesale  profits. Because of this and the low sales volume qualification requirement, the focus with the newer plan is recruiting.

So to  make this plan work for you, you must develop your recruiting skills and help to develop your recruits to do the same.
