Sites such as EzineArticles or GoArticles have a very high Google pagerank and this helps to boost your won ranking too. Once others pick up your articles from these directories, you will gain more an more one way backlinks which is essential for a higher PR.
The more one way backlinks you get to your sites, the higher you will rank in the organic (free) search results of the search engines. This will serve to send more visitors to you. And the best thing is, they come free.
To do this effectively you want to write 5 articles and put a different spin on each one within your niche. Then submit these to 5 directories such as the ones above. Don’t forget to use an attracting resource box to point your readers to your site. use words such as free, killer, top 5 ways, etc to draw them like a magnet back to your site.
For example you can give them a free report or a free ebook. The purpose of this is to get them to opt into your free offer so that you can keep marketing to them over and over again. So if you are in need of some traffic, then get writing.
