Some newbies get so fired up with recruiting activities that the end up coming across like beggars in suites. The prospects become afraid of them as they pitch and sell endlessly. Some even go to the lengths of chasing down their prospects.
It should be remebered that the prospects are the one who needs the opportunity and you are simply there to help them realize this. Instead of trying to convice them, they will naturally be attracted to you and will ask you for about your opportunities, when you begin to help them with a sincere concern in dealing with their problems.
As they say, people does not care how much you know but how much you care about them.
