Don’t Waste Too Much Money On Tapes and Books in MLM

If you are in network marketing, you are running a business. In business, you have to pay attention to profits and costs. If you are fanatical about listening to tapes and books and you can afford it, then it is fine. However if your upline forces you to go on too many tape programs, buy too many books or spend a fortune attending training seminars and functions, then you have to be careful.
Money is money. Expenses are expenses. Don’t burn yourself out buying those $200 tape programs that teach you how to be a millionaire if YOU CANNOT AFFORD IT.
The biggest reason why people fail in network marketing is not because of the tapes, books or meetings. It is because they are spending MORE THAN THEY EARN. They run out of money before they can break even.
I personally believe that money you should invest, is in UNDERSTANDING the MLM target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="http://gobala.linktrackr.com/buildingonabudget-mlmrkeywords">MLM industry and not in motivation. If you are not a highly motivated person, you will lose steam and die a natural death (in MLM). Don’t bother with too much motivation if motivation doesn’t come from within.
Get more knowledgable about company plans, industry history and people skills. It is better than blind motivation.
