Randy Gage is currently building a network marketing business with Agel. Here he spends a good half hour talking only about the company’s compensation plan.
Even if you are not in Agel, it is worth it just to listen to him talk about plan technicalities and learn from industry experts. In regards to my previous post, you can imagine how important it is to have compensation or marketing plan training.
