Indicators For Survival Of New Start-Up MLM Companies

March 3, 2007 | By admin | No Comments »

How to know whether the start-up MLM company has a winning chance of success? Before that, what is normally the case, the reasons why MLM companies go out of business?

Just to name a few:

Poor management – People in management have no track record of success running (managing) a company before.

Note: Even if the management have are successful network  marketers but if they have not successfully run a company in the past before, then thats poor management. Managing and running a company is different from managing a distributorship.

Not enough funds or undercapitalized – Not enough funds and capital to survive the early years of business, where normally companies only see lost in their balance sheet during the first 3 to 5 years before they begin to see  any profit.

Poor infrastructure – For example, the distributorship networks expand too fast that the company cannot cope with its demand.

So, if you decide to partner up with a new MLM start-up company, just bare these points in mind. If the above factors checks out then your chances of success increases.
