Is The Compensation Plan Important?
A lot of people tend to neglect the MLM compensation plan. They think it is all about numbers and percentages without learning about terminologies such as ‘guaranteed payout’ or ‘dynamic rollup compression’
When I first started my MLM career, I used to think that my com plan is the best in the world. Today, once you understand how all kinds of com plans work in the market, you will have a very clear direction towards building a long term business.
I have seen sabotages happen in certain companies. Uplines refusing to help downlines because they can’t earn a cent from them once they have been ‘overtaken’. There are times where wrong placements of downlines can cause massive potential income loss and the scary thing is they could amount up to thousands or tens of thousands of dollars!
If you plan to do MLM long term, be a professional, don’t leave any holes in your knowledge.
