Laga Handbags - A New Kid On The Block

July 29, 2008 | By Monika Mundell |

New mlm companies grow out of the woodworks like mushrooms in the forest. Just in the last three months alone, NPros reported some 30 new mlm companies. This equals around 10 new companies per month.

Whether they are all legal or lasting remains to be discovered of course since anybody can list their mlm on the NPros site.

One of those new listings is a company called Laga Handbags.

Laga Handbags are handmade by women who survived the 2004 tsunami in Indonesia. Every single bag sewn and sold through their direct selling marketing plan brings hope for a better tomorrow. Each bag of average size takes approximately one full day to complete.

Judging by the looks of the bags, they are amazing and made with love to represent individual works of art for the end user. Take a look yourself and see how stunning they look.

Even the prices of the bags are well within range of something one would want to spend for a groovy and sexy looking bag. I can see many uses for these Laga Handbags. From everyday use to evening use to travel, they certainly have all covered.

Laga Handbags really do look very nice and will be appealing for many women. The material used in making the Laga embroidered bags is a nylon-polyester blend with a water-resistant 1/16” polyurethane backing. The lining inside our cosmetic bag and change purse is made of nylon. Their medium and larger bags are lined with satin and all four sizes of travel bags are padded with polyester batting for extra protection. The embroidery thread on all Laga bags is made of cotton.

At this stage it looks like the Laga Handbag is only open to people in the US. Although I couldn’t find any specific information on their site to back this up. One thing is for sure, Laga Handbags are made with the interest of the people in Indonesia at heart. helping the community to rebuild their lives after the devastating tsunami was the driving force behind launching this company.

Thanks for the reference on your very informative site. We just wanted to comment that we do not post all MLM companies that request listings. Some, including companies that have no product other than replicated webpages, or no verifiable information - like no business address, no executive info, and blocked domain registrations - we simply won’t list.

We do try to list every company where verifiable information is available. One of our core goals has been to track executive activity in companies that would often appear then fold a year later without notice, then reappear later with the same executive team to do it all over again.

Thanks again,

@ Npros: Thank you for clarifying this. I was actually wondering how credible those listings really are. So coming from the “horses mouth” so to speak is good to know.

I appreciate you took the time to stop by and comment.
