Mannatech is cleaning up!

After the recent headlines of the Mannatech court case in a Texan county the company has now released new sales guidelines for their associates. The company is in the middle of a review of the company’s guidelines and has announced that probably the major change will stop 3rd party sellers to sell company literature at major events events.

According to Mannatech’s guidelines it is strictly prohibited for associates to use printed or recorded testimonials in which they claim disease-specific improvements related to the use of their products. Unfortunately such materials have long been sold at heavily reduced prices at corporate events by closely associated vendors of the company.

This will be impossible to do in the future because of the new company laws. By implementing these new laws, Mannatech are trying to regain their hold in the MLM target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="http://gobala.linktrackr.com/buildingonabudget-mlmrkeywords">MLM industry. The recent headlines have not only damaged the company’s name, but also those of the honest and law abiding associates of Mannatech.

Mannatech’s stock took a heavy dive after the court case became public on July 6th. It dropped by 23.4 percent ($16 down to $12.25 a share). It has since dropped further.

It will take some serious effort on Mannatech’s behalf to raise their profile again as people don’t forget that easy. They also announced the addition of a full time employee to keep track of these new laws.
