MLM SURVEY – What Qualities Do You Expect From a Good Upline/Downline?

I am conducting an MLM target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="http://gobala.linktrackr.com/attractionmarketing-mlmrkeywords">MLM survey. I need everyone to chip in and contribute what do you expect out of your UPLINE and what do you think a good DOWNLINE should be?

A source of Inspiration
Skillful at handling people

Patient and Caring
A good listener
What I expect out of my downline:
Always listen and follow
Independent
Cooperative
Goal oriented
Focused
