MLM SURVEY - What Qualities Do You Expect From a Good Upline/Downline?

I am conducting an MLM survey. I need everyone to chip in and contribute what do you expect out of your UPLINE and what do you think a good DOWNLINE should be?

I will start the ball rolling :)
What I expect out of my upline:

Being Supportive
A source of Inspiration
Skillful at handling people
Punctual
Patient and Caring
A good listener

What I expect out of my downline:

Always listen and follow
Independent
Cooperative
Goal oriented
Focused

Please add your comments on what you think is a good upline or downline. Tomorrow, I will reveal to you a special piece of advice in regards to this post.
