Narelle Eldridge – President Team member in Herbalife

In my post about Herbalife yesterday I was talking about how it all begun. For today I would like to focus on an inspirational lady who reached Presidents Team in the Herbalife marketing plan. Narelle Eldridge used to be a stressed out employee of Telstra in Australia traveling for hours to and from work.
She was raising 2 teenage children at the time and wasn’t happy about her circumstances. So she started to research many different home business options. She tried various home businesses and spent close to $3,000. But nothing she tried gave her the satisfaction she was looking for. Besides that she also wanted financial freedom and a way out of her employment misery.
So she kept searching and eventually found the Herbalife business opportunity via the 60 Minute Money e-commerce portals while she took a redundancy from her work with Telstra. She received a little booklet in the mail and thought “if these people can do this, then so can she”. That’s how it all started for Narelle Eldridge. 60 Minute Money is a group of online entrepreneurs who market the Herbalife opportunity and who have seen the need to incorporate e-commerce into MLM.
Starting out with blind faith she promoted the Herbalife products and took them herself as she became her own best customer. Her husband Bill was so negative, that she received no support from him at all in the beginning. This only gave her even more determination to take this business to success. Only once Narelle earned $10,000 upwards per month did her husband come around and support her. He saw that Herbalife was indeed a real business that made money for Narelle and started to accompany her to the company’s events.

She also attributes the adversity of those close to her to her success. It motivated her to prove them wrong and keep going. She wanted to show them what she was made of and that she was very much a force to be reckoned with, despite her small size! Also hard work played a huge factor as Narelle loves to push her boundaries and help others to push theirs.
She knew that she could step back and just enjoy her decent income while she was earning those $10,000/month. But it wasn’t enough to still the hunger in her to achieve more and more importantly help others.
By helping those in her team of distributors Narelle was in fact helping her own business as well. As it is an MLM business she gets paid on multi levels so naturally helping those below her would help her business in the process and grow her check too.
Narelle truly is a hard working woman and it took her not even 4 years to reach the President Team level with Herbalife. Those who know her personally know she is a powerhouse who doesn’t take any prisoners. They also know that she is a woman full of integrity and amazing charm. She never forgets a single face of any distributor she has ever met. She will easily remember anybody’s name after meeting them once only and therefore she demands a lot of respect within the Herbalife community.
Narelle says that she knew she could make it in MLM if she only persisted. That was also a reason why she chose MLM as a business vehicle.
As Jim Rohn says “you have to work harder on yourself than you do on your business”.
This struck a chord with Narelle Eldridge and it changed her business. She became an avid reader of personal development books and her personal collection is massive.
Her passion for the cause of MLM is infectious and she is certainly a great ambassador for the industry.
Her love for the Herbalife products shine through her every statement. She is a product of the product and looks stunning. She also is a firm believer that in achieving success with any MLM company one has to be an avid user of the products and believe in them wholeheartedly.
Narelle recommends focusing on 3 things in an MLM business:
- Sufficient Cash flow to keep the business afloat
- Consistent Self Improvement
- Setting Goals
Because her dream to succeed was bigger than her adversity Narelle is now comfortably in her finances. She earns more money these days in 1 month, than she had ever earned before in 1 year. She lives near the cost of northern NSW in Australia with her husband and her kids.
Narelle can be found frequently as a guest speaker around Australia at the Herbalife monthly STS’s (Success training Seminar) held in various capital cities. Alternatively she travels around the world to Herbalife events and is often part of the many speakers on stage. She also organizes her own events worldwide with the 60 Minute Money Team of distributors.
