February 17, 2007 | By admin | No Comments »

Though the entry point to start your MLM business is low, usually less than USD100, however the operating cost – your overhead is another story. What are operating cost in an MLM venture?

If you are an online MLM then these would be your operating cost:
1.Monthly or yearly autoresponders
2.Monthly or yearly contact management system
3.Monthly consumption or subscribtion of your MLM product or service
4.MLM or opportunity seeker leads weekly or monthly

For offline MLM, then these could be your overhead:
1.Phone bill
2.Travelling expenses – gas, tolls
3.Advertising expenses if any
4.Entertaining expenses – coffee/tea, lunch or dinner, snacks
5.Sampling product

So you must carve out or put aside a sum of $$$ for these monthly expenses from your current source on income. After all this is a business – there must be some overheads no matter how small or big it is.
