Nu Skin Announces Use Of New ageLOC Technology

Nu Skin has announced the integration of a new form of anti-aging technology into some of its skin care product lines. The ageLOC technology works to slow down the effects of the free radicals that cause so much damage to the surface and below the surface skin structures. Free radicals cause damage to your skin such as increased wrinkles and lines, as well as skin discoloration and sagging. Exposure to the sun and pollutants can cause free radical damage and accelerated aging according to Nu Skin.
Nu Skin says the result through the use of the new ageLOC technology will be skin tone and texture that has greater integrity in terms of texture and clarity. According to the company, scientists from Nu Skin and Purdue University worked collaboratively on developing the ageLOC technology.
The first product line to be tested using the new formulation was Nu Skin’s line of Galvanic Spa Facial Gels. When compared with the facial gel that did not contain the new ageLOC formulation, respondents showed improvements in the overall quality of their skin.
According to this study, “Participants using the ageLOC formulation graded their skin texture 30 percent better than women using the original group; skin health results were 20 percent better, skin clarity improvement was 13 percent greater, and skin brightness was 11 percent higher”.
The first product with ageLOC pre-launched at the Nu Skin North American Convention in October and is available in the Galvanic Spa® Facial Gels.
The addition of this new technology will continue to take place in other product lines, enhancing the products and making for an easier sell for Nu Skin distributors.
