Nu Skin Joins Forces With Toyo Bio Pharma

Nu Skin has signed a memorandum to join forces with a Toyo Bio Pharma (a subsidiary of Toyo Shinyaku). Toyo Bio Pharma is a natural products manufacturer with facilities in the United States and Japan. The two companies intend to engage into a joint research and development relationship together.
Nu Skin is the first company in the direct selling industry to come to such an agreement with with Toyo Bio-Pharma. The companies’ collaborative development efforts will focus on sharing scientific and regulatory insights, as well as developing proprietary nutraceutical and cosmeceutical products for Nu Skin sales through its worldwide distribution network.
Yoshi Shiraishi, president and CEO of Toyo Bio-Pharma said "We expect this relationship with Nu Skin Enterprises to nicely complement our current expertise in natural health supplements.
