Pester Your Friends And Family - Ahem, Not Interested

How many of us have been told to make a list of our friends and family, our circle of influence when we first join a network marketing business? I bet most. The trouble with this system is that it simply doesn’t work. Companies who ask their associates to do this prey on the negatives, meaning, they know this isn’t working and despite this they keep promoting it.
Why in gods name would they do that.
It’s simple, it makes them more money. While your up-line quietly makes a small fortune by advertising on the right platforms, you and most others battle away trying to convince your family and friends to join your business or buy your amazing product.
Sound familiar? I bet it does.
Look at it this way, if it did work, there would be a much higher success rate in network marketing opposed to the 97% failure rate instead. Funny thing is, the companies who promote these methods get richer and richer and so do their top dogs.
Do you seriously think that the top dog in your business got to this point by talking to his family and friends.
Come on! Think again.
If it was that easy wouldn’t we all be top dogs?
Food for thought for sure.
Plus, there is another mournful factor in following this method. You will alienate your family and friends to the point that they will distance themselves from you. When they start avoiding your calls, fail to look you in the eyes when you talk to them about your opportunity or simply don’t show up anymore for gatherings you attend, you know its’ time to change tactics.
