Quixstar Sister of Amway Terminated 15 Distributorships

In regards to recent issues regarding a court case and the breach of Quixstar’s TOS, the company terminated 15 distributorship’s after unsuccessfully trying to negotiate in court with the Offenders. Those affected were mainly the “team” and those associated with using the “teams” training materials.
The “team’s” founders Chris Brady and Orrin Woodward got into the line of fire after the company found out that they were using improper marketing techniques, such as inappropriate business building tactics and the use of company unsupported materials in their marketing. Quixstar tried to negotiate with the two founders of the team but was unsuccessful. So they took matters to the next level and terminated their distributorships.
Because of their refusal to correct their business practices the company also terminated further distributorship’s, including Billy Florence, Don Wilson, Randy Haugen, Chuck Goetschel, Tim Marks, Kirk Birtles, James Martin, Aron Radosa, David Brandy, Benjamin Dickie, Bruce Gilbank, Michael Martenson, and Chuck Cullen.
The plaintiffs have filed a lawsuit against Quixstar in a California District Court. The company however remains dedicated to those IBO’s (Independent business owners) who stick with their company rules and stay ethical. You can read up on the alticor media blog regarding this issue.
Apparently some of those terminated IBO’s signed people into their business without telling them that the company was Quixstar! It is a shame to think that unsuspecting business seekers are getting betrayed by distributors of well known MLM companies. It not only ruins a newcomers believe into this amazing industry, but it also highlights the sour by – taste often associated with MLM target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="http://gobala.linktrackr.com/attractionmarketing-mlmrkeywords">MLM. An ideal time for the skeptics to say :”I told you so”
