Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump Comments on Network Marketing

Why we want you to be rich

I like reading books by Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump. When their book came out I dashed to the bookstore immediately. Once again, these two giants make their comments on how to get rich, learning how to get rich and they both recommend network marketing once again as the perfect model for developing the business skills needed to shift from the E (employee) quadrant to the B (business) quadrant.

You can get more information on their book at http://www.whywewantyoutoberich.com/

I agree with them wholeheatedly that the cheapest and fastest way of learning how to be an entrepreneur or at the very least, develop the skills that will make you one, is through network marketing.

People will ask at times, what do these 2 giants know about network marketing? They have never been involved in MLM before! The most important thing about making these kind of judgements is whether or not the things they say MAKES SENSE and not whether they have done it or not.

Do you need to experience drugs to tell others that taking drugs is bad?

Anyway, their take on network marketing, although very short, imparts words of wisdom like choosing a fantastic product and examining yourself whether you have the social skills to survive in MLM.

One of the things I liked that Robert Kiyosaki said in one of his other books ( and man I hope I’m right when I say *he* said this ) is how when a person first gets involved in netwok marketing you can’t get the person to speak loud enough in a microphone to hear them. But after they have been at it for awhile, you can’t get them OFF the mike.

Because that is what appeals to me most about this industry.

And they are right. This industry is the best place to learn business and personal development skills. Because where else are so many people willing to spend so much time to gt you where you need to be?

P.S. I love how you use your images on your blog. Very cool.

I also heard of another logical reason for these 2 guys to do that: sell their books via the network marketing organizations.

Think about it: if they recommend MLM, then all the MLM leaders with thousands of downlines immediately recommend these books as part of their training.

Smart move..

Jeff,

The trend now in a lot of countries is to hold a lot of generic MLM training sessions because that is where the money is at. We have to anticipate the market demands and give them what they need when they need it the most.

A lot of motivators, speakers and trainers realise this growing market as well. There will be more and more people getting in to MLM as time goes on.

So the big question is, why not sell ONE book to every rep in every major MLM company rather than build downlines in only one company?

Thanks for your comments by the way :)

Khai,

I’m not sure they mentioned network marketing just to get more books sold to network marketers. I’m sure to do really believe in the potential of our industry. But it will help them sell more for sure.

Selling generic MLM training IS where the money is at. But the way to do it is sell MORE than one book to each customer. Believe it or not this actualy builds a trusting relationship.

Then, these same customers may want to join your downline. They trust you. They like you. And even if they DON’T join your downline you have helped them and made a profit at the same time.

Most people don’t get the importance of what you said.

I get excitied and fired up talking about this. But this is YOUR blog so I’ll shut up now ;)
