I don’t know about this abroad but here in Malaysia, there have been several companies that promote their so called opportunity that operates like a legit MLM company but they have an extra option for their members.

Their members can choose either one of 2 options to participate in their opportunity:

Option 1. Active plan - where you purchase one lot - you get a starter kit and a product, you are given a position into our matrix. Then when you recruit some one in, you get something like an introducer fee for that. This involve work.

Option 2. The 5 Ds: “Duduk Diam Diam Dapat Duit” - translated as Sit Quietely And You’ll Get Money.Which means, you don’t have to do any work, you’ll get spillover, meaning you’ll get people placed under you by the company’s claimed ‘global marketing system’.

In this option, the partcipant must buy several lots. Usually 3 and upwrds.

Many have been conned into this seond option because lets face its the easiest thing to do, invest and do nothing. BUT the reality is, the majority that joined get disappointed because the promise was not kept. They sit and wait, sit and wait, sit and wait but NO money.

The people that does option 1, gets paid for recruiting others but the people that did option 2,rarely see any money.

So, if you received an offer to get something for doing nothing, then run in the other direction.
