Success Principles Of A Leadership Strategy

The ultimate success of your organization is dependent on a key factor: Your ability to lead. The members of your downline team look for you to guide them on this journey. Here are a few principles of leadership that you should take to heart:
- The function of a leader is to chart a course, not seek approval.
- It’s difficult to chart a meaningful and consistent course without a moral compass.
- Principles are more important than policies.
- We lead people, we manage things.
- A leader takes less than his/her share of credit, more than his/her share of blame.
- Whatever you focus on, grows.
These are the foundation of a leadership strategy that should be the underlying motivation for everything you do. Adherence to solid leadership principles will permeate all that you do in your organization and you will be leading by example.
The principles outlined above were taught to me by some of my mentors I hold in the highest esteem. Becoming a leader takes resolve, guts and determination and a natural ability to do so. I will always hold my mentors in the highest of lights, even if our ways separated years ago.
How does your team look at you? Do you think they look to you as a leader? Are they inspired by what you have to say? Answer these questions with brutal honesty. If your internal, honest responses to these questions are not positive it’s not too late to change. Find your moral compass and set sail. Take your crew with you and you’ll find the journey to success can be very rewarding.
Bonus! Here are a few leadership quips to consider:
- If you start to take Vienna – then take Vienna!
- Give authority to those who seek responsibility.
- A leader should always be training his replacement.
- It’s a good idea to join the side you’re on.
- A leader understands that people unite around truth – not around a leader.

I know you need a strategy and I just started a new Website for my new Network Marketing Health Product, Enlyten
As any new site, I need links in and out. My concern is when I am linking out, do I need to be concerned with folks who use rel=”nofollow”. And will that really help them to get credit for the out link, but does not delute thier pagerank?
Thanks,
Brian Fitzgerald
