Testing Your Faith

When you evaluate your MLM organization, how do you feel about the products or services that are at the core of the business? I’m asking if you believe in your product line as opposed to just tolerating it as a vehicle to make you money. It’s an important distinction and may be the barrier that is holding you back from achieving your true potential.

Don’t sell your product. Sell your love for the product.

As subtle difference maybe but no less a true statement. Think about the last time you went to a car dealership and dealt with a salesman. If the experience was a good one, you probably left the dealership feeling excited and jazzed about your new ride. If you left there with your new car with a nonchalant attitude about the whole affair, I would say the salesperson sold you the car – not their love for it.

Being faithful to your product means falling in love with it so that you may sell your love for the product and break through the success barrier. This is so critically important to the success of your mlm business. People can sense when someone is genuinely enthused about a product. Their enthusiasm all by itself creates a buying buzz and atmosphere.

Your enthusiasm for your product will not only be noticed by potential customers, but it will be noticed and reflected by your down line as well. This snowball effect will bring your business the big dividends that it deserves.

If you find that you are not able to generate actual enthusiasm and love for the products that you are offering, then it may be time to re-evaluate what it is that you are doing. If you are not completely faithful to the product line then you are not only hurting yourself, you are hurting all of the members of your organization who are trying to be successful.
