The Power of Attraction

What has MLM got to do with attraction? Actually it has a lot to do with it, because if we can’t attract others to us by making a good impression to start with, we simply don’t have a valuable business. People only join our business, if we make ourselves attractive to them. But how do we do that?
This is a question I have grumbled with for a long time. The problem is that what seems to work for some people doesn’t work for others at all. I still remember when I first signed people into my first MLM. They all told me that they were impressed by my honesty and upfront manners. So off I went and told everybody the whole truth about “what it really takes to be a successful MLM distributor”. I wanted to stay truthful to myself and others and blabbered on with the result that I didn’t sign many people at all. Sometimes it took month until I got a new distributor and I was devastated.
The irony was that I wasn’t successful at all myself in terms of earning a ton of residual income. So how the hell could I expect others to follow me?
Only when I learned about the real key to MLM; the understanding of “attraction marketing” did I see some improvement. The key here is to give them some sort of “candy” without a lie but also not giving away the whole game. Make your prospects hot to want to know more about what you have to offer, but never use this method to blatantly lie to them either. Once they have the foot in “your door” you can market to them until they leave. That is how attraction marketing works. First you attract them and once they step through your threshold, they are yours to market to.
To attract others without scaring them off by telling them how hard it really is to attain success (which is somewhat true considering the time, work and money invested) we need to be able to attract our prospects by giving them something they want.
That something is nothing more than a “promise to their dreams”. This promise bundled with a freebie will have prospects knocking on your virtual door even when you sleep.
