This Just Wacked Me On The Face – Another Reason Of MLM Failure

March 3, 2007 | By admin | No Comments »

It just hit me on another factor the reason why there is high failure rate in our industry.

New companies in any industry, only 10% or less of them survive the first year. Then, those that did survive, another 90% of them does not survive to make it past their fifth year of business.

No wonder, when you are searching for a network marketing company to partner with, it is advisable to look at companies that has been more than 5 years in business.

So if you choose a new start-up company, then the risk for that company to be out of business is very, very, very high.Which means your chances of success – achieving that long term residual income is pretty dim.

I did join new start-up company in the past that is now no longer doing MLM target="_blank" rel="nofollow" href="http://gobala.linktrackr.com/attractionmarketing-mlmrkeywords">MLM. Instead they’ve gone conventional ie. selling their products in pharmacies and supermarkets.

I quit the business with them earlier on when I didn’t get paid for 3 months of business. I don’t know what has happened to other distributors of that company.
