What Everyone Expects From a Good Upline/Downline
February 28, 2007 | By admin | No Comments »
In regards to the previous post, most people expect a good upline always to give their time to them and their downlines to be independent, self-sufficient and etc.
The truth is this:
You will become a good upline when you are a good downline first.
You have to commit yourself to fulfilling your goals and your upline’s goals as well. Otherwise, your own downlines will not perceive you as a good leader and will fail to commit to their goals (including yours) as well. Imagine if you are just a few thousand points (or PV or however your company calculates the volume) and you need your downlines to go that one extra mile so you can reach the next executive level. It would be nice to know that you have a loyal group of supporters watching your back.
In the previous post, if you were to fill in the sections below, just reverse your answers and apply it to yourself (e.g. if you expect your upline to be supportive and your downline to listen and follow, why don’t YOU be more supportive to your downline and listen/follow your upline more carefully?)
The MLM world would be a better place
