XanGo Hits The 1 Million Distributor Mark

November 6, 2008 | By Monika Mundell | No Comments »

XanGo has recently managed to reach a milestone in their business operations by signing up their one-millionth distributor to the business opportunity. Despite economic downturns all around the world, the company is pleased to be in the direct selling industry as now many jobless people will no doubt start looking for their own home business.

As more and more people are forced to leave jobs, and foreclose their homes, they are desperate to make some extra income, wherever it comes from. The direct selling industry is ideally positioned right now to give these people the answers they have been looking for.

There have also been some announcements in the company in regards to leadership last month. Michelle Wilson was promoted to general counsel and Russ Fletcher to vice president of Information Technology (IT).

Wilson’s job is to oversee the legal department and be integrally involved in areas including distributor policies, product registration, regulatory issues and human resources oversight.

Russ Fletcher will oversee the company’s IT department and be one of the team members responsible to continually update the department to the growing demands of the XanGo product.

XanGo has further announced a new Distributor Relations Department that will be responsible for every aspect of the distributors’ interaction with XanGo headquarters. Keeping up with the growth of a company is essential for the direct selling industry. As more and more of these companies appear out of nowhere, I believe it is those who truly care for their distributors who will succeed in the end.
