Your Retirement And Your Customer

February 19, 2007 | By admin | No Comments »

If you have a customer base, no matter how little it is. If you decide to have early retirement – (quit) – from your MLM business or you decide to focus on building another MLM program, just make sure that you have already set up a system for taking care of your priceless existing customers. Why?

You don’t want to leave unhappy customers, do you? You don’t want to contribute to the industry’s name, do you? Or you don’t care of your reputation of being a leader?

You see, I met people who wants XYZ products but now a bit reluctant to continue because their former distributor quit servicing them. Not only that, most of these unhappy customers have build the belief MLM products though good but their dstributors are unreliable, so better not buy MLM products anymore.

So be mindful of your former customers – don’t leave them in the dark. Let them know that you won’t be able to service them and that someone else (your upline or downline) will or teach them to order directly from the company (if this have been done from the beginning – this problem would have probably  not come up).
